Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of e-filing knowledge, usability perceptions, and usability perceptions on the interest of taxpayers who have a business in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is an taxpayers who have a business in the city of Palembang. The sample is determined by using convenience sampling method, so that the research sample is 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS ver program. 23. The result of research shows that e-filing knowledge significantly influence the taxpayer's interest in using e-filing, usability perception significantly influence taxpayer interest in using e-filing, and ease of perception significantly influence to taxpayer interest in using e-filing .
