Abstract

Nowdays, the use of information technology is very often found in various office activities. Along with the development of technology, almost every office activity utilizes information technology to facilitate the activities of creating, storing, changing, and even informing information. One of the companies that participate in implementing this information technology is BPR (People's Credit Agency) Catur Mas which in its attendance data storage has used automatic technology where we only need to paste our fingerprints and our daily attendance data will be recorded automatically in the company's attendance database. However, the use of information technology in BPR (People's Credit Agency) Catur Mas is still not comprehensive. This is because the recording of leave submissions is still manual in terms of collection and storage. Storage of data for filing leave like this can cause data to be lost and documents to accumulate if BPR (People's Credit Agency) Catur Mas continues to grow and have more employees. For this reason, a program design was made to submit and store data for submitting leave online in order to facilitate data processing and data storage for submitting leave applications. This application development uses a prototype model, and is designed using html, css, and MySQL databases. The design of this application is expected to help employees and department heads in facilitating the submission and processing and storage of leave application data.
