Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine whether managerial ownership is able to strengthen the relationship between earnings management to firm value. Population on this research is go public company listed in BEI period 2015-2017. The determination of research sample using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis test in this research is use moderation regression analysis. The result with bootstrapping shows that managerial ownership is able to moderate the relationship between earnings management and firm value.
