Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the modernization of the tax administration system affects the compliance of individual taxpayers in Palembang. The theory used in this study is Theory Of Acceptance Model (TAM). The population in this study are all taxpayers who have jobs as general practitioners and have their own practice in the Palembang city. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method using 95 sampels.This study uses primary data. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program. The result of this test indicate that the application of the modernization of the tax administration system affects the level of tax compliance in the Palembang city. Keywords: Modernization of tax administration system, Taxpayers compliance.
