Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of environmental development costs, partnership costs and employee welfare costs on Corporate Financial Performance. This type of research is causal associative research. The population in this study were 7 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so the number of samples used is as much as 35 observational data. Data analysis methods used were descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regresion test conducted using spss 21.0 software. The result showed that simultaneos environmental development cost, partnership costs, and employee welfare cost affect the Corporate Financial Performnce.
