Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of intellectual capital on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population in this research is all of the manufacturing industry companies sector consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The 26 samples of manufacturing industry companies sector consumber goods 2014-2018 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange were obtained by using the purposive sampling method. This research used path analysis method, includes statistic descriptive, the classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, and heterokedasticity test), hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination with SPSS software. The result of this research shows that intellectual captial has a indirect effect through profitability on firm value. Keywords: intellectual captial, profitability,and firm value (price to book value).
