Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and leverage to financial performance. The company's financial performance is measured by net profit margin (NPM). The sample used in this research is banking sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. This research uses asosiatif kausal research type with quantitative approach. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that ESOP have not a significant effect on net profit margin (NPM). Kеywords: ESOP dan NPM
