Abstract

This study aims to determine whether managerial ownership influence on the company's decision to do natural hedging. The sample in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2015- 2017 which totaled 438. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Variables were tested using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership had no effect and had a negative direction on the company's decision to do natural hedging.
