Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Budgetary Participation and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance with Role Ambiguity as an intervening variable. The population in this research is indrustial hotels from three to five star hotel in Palembang. This research using the sample companies by applying purposive sampling method in order to obtain 21 sample of industrial hotels with 84 respondent. This research uses SPSS Software version 22.0 as Data Analysis Technique, it consisting of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statical test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, and finally with hypothesistest. The results of this research shows that: (1) Budgetary Participation has positive influence against Managerial Performance, (2) Organizational Commitment haspositive influence against Managerial Performance, (3) Role Ambiguity isn’t an intervening variable in the relationship between bigetary participation an organizational commitment on managerial performance.
