Abstract
This study aims to determine whether tax justice and the possibility of fraud detection affect the perception of taxpayers regarding tax evasion. This type of research is quantitative. The population is 111,189 with a sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling. Data analysis techniques using instrument quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study state that tax justice and the possibility of fraud detection are modeled on the perception of taxpayers regarding tax evasion. Keyword : tax justice, possibility of detection of fraud, perception of taxpayers regarding tax evasion.
