Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of management control systems on company performance. The population in this study is a restaurant located in the Palembang City mall. The samples taken in this study were managers who were in the Palembang City mall. The data collection method used is in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data returned and 59 questionnaires can be processed. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS program (Statistical Package For Social Science) ver. 21. The results of the research obtained indicate that the management control system has a significant effect on company performance. Keywords : Management Control System, Company Performance
