Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the managerial ownership can moderating the relationship between diversification strategy and company’s economic value added. Population in this research is go public manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2014 until 2017. The method of sampling selection used purposive sampling technique and sample for this research are 9 sub sector food and beverages companies. Data analysis techniques used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this research is managerial ownership can’t strengthen the relationship between diversification strategy to company’s economic value added.
