Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return On Equity) and NPM (Net Profit Margin) as a proxy of financial performance and CSR (Cororate Social Responsibility) against Tobin's Q as a proxy of the value of the company. The population in this study is the JII company listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2014. Thus, the samples of companies acquired 60 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression anlisis, and assisted by SPSS version 16. Results showed that ROA, ROE affect the value of the company, and NPM, CSR disclosure has no effect on the value of the company.
