Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically test the effect of management control system (quality goal, quality feedback, and quality incentive) towards the quality performance. The population of this research is travel agent companies that are registered on the yellow pages. Samples are determined by using purposive sampling method. The available research samples are 42 companies. The hypothetical test uses double regression analysis method. The test result shows that the first hypothesis (H1) quality goal affects positively towards the quality performance, is acceptable. The second hypothesis (H2) quality feedback affects positively towards the quality performance, is acceptable. The third hypothesis (H3) quality incentive affects positively towards the quality performance, is acceptable. Keywords: Quality Goal, Quality Feedback, Quality Incentive, Quality performance.
