Abstract
This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvency of the dividend policy. The population in this study is the firm base and chemical industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the criteria of companies that distribute dividends on a regular basis in the year 2014-2015. Data processing is done by software SPSS 17.00. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability, liquidity and solvency does not influence simultaneously and partially on dividend policy. key word : Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Dividend Policy.
