Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of intellectual capital on corporate value by the size of the company as moderation. Samples of this company banking sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Samples were selected using total sampling method. The number of samples in this study as many as 41 companies. The method of analysis using simple linear regression analysis and regression moderation with SPSS version 21. Results showed that intellectual capital (Intellectual Capital) effect on the value of the company to be moderated sized companies . Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Corporate Values and Company Size
