Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the internal control system for the smooth repayment of saving and loan cooperatives in Palembang city. The data used in this study was primary data from the respondents answers the data collection of questionnaire. This study used purposive sampling method in the determination of the sample. The research sample that can be processed as many as 36 samples. This study used multiple linear regression analysis for data analysis technique, in which the results showed variable control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication had no effect on the smooth repayment while monitoring had effects on the smooth repayment of saving and loan cooperatives in Palembang city.
