Abstract

This study aims to test empirically that intellectual capital as a moderating variable affecting the relationship between good corporate governance on firm’s performance. The populations in this study are the companies that registered the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Corporate Governance Perception Index of rating the period 2007 until 2014. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The number of samples for this study is 97 companies. This study uses “Moderate Regression Analysis” (MRA) analysis model and the hypothesis test used is bootstrap test with SPSS version 21. Results showed that intellectual capital moderate the relationship between the influences of good corporate governance on firm’s performance.
