Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of internet-based corporate disclosure to firm value. This research uses Signalling Theory as the theory. The population is all of the firms that is registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015, then the sample is chosen by purposive sampling method and consist of 397 firms. The data analysis is simple linear regression to know the effect of internet-based corporate disclosure to firm value. This research also uses bootstrapping method to test hypotheses research using SPSS 21 program. The result showed that internet-based corporate disclosure has no effect on firm value.
