Abstract

ANALYSIS MOTIVATION COMPANY TO DO AUDIT ENVIRONMENT (STUDY IN FOUR COMPANIES CONTAINED IN THE CITY PALEMBANG) The problem in this research is how motivated the company conduct an environmental audit (Studies in Four Companies that are in the city of Palembang). The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of the company conducting the audit environment (Studies in Four Companies that are in the city of Palembang. This type of research is a descriptive study. The data will be used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all companies Palembang, while the sample of this research is PT. Pusri Palembang, PT. Pertamina Palembang, PT. Sri Trang Lingga Indonesia, and Primkopti Palembang. The data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation, while the technique of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result showed that motivation PT. Pusri Palembang conduct environmental audits included in the category very high. It is of answer the questionnaire with an average of 86% as well as the achievement of the audit PROPER with green rating and will increase it Gold rank. The results also stated that the motivation PT. Pertamina Palembang conduct environmental audits are included in the category very high. It is from the questionnaire answers with an average of 85.58% and an audit of the achievement of the rank PROPER blue to green rating. The results also show that the motivation PT. Sri Trang Lingga Indonesia conduct environmental audits are included in the category very high. It is from the questionnaire answers with an average of 84.66% and an audit of the achievement of the original PROPER not be ranked up to get a blue rankings. The results also stated that the motivation Primkopti Palembang conduct environmental audits are included in the category very high. It is from the questionnaire answers with an average of 86.25% and an audit of the achievement of the original PROPER not be ranked up to get a blue rankings. KeyWord: Motivation, Audit Environment
