Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of foreign ownership and government ownership on the banking company’s perfomance listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Company perfomance is measured by Return on Assets. This study is used 23 samples of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2013. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0. The test result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that foreign ownership affect the company perfomance , accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that government ownership affect the company perfomance, accepted. Keyword : Foreign Ownership, Government ownership, Company perfomance and Return on Assets (ROA).
