Abstract

David, The Effect Of Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, and Reward System On Managerial Performance (under the guidance of Mr Y. Andri Putranto,S.E.,M.Sc.,Ak.,C.A.) This study aims to test and demonstrate empirically the effect of organizational commitment, leadership style, and reward system on managerial performance on hotels companies in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were all middle managers working on hotels companies in the city of Palembang. Research samples spread over 25 hotels companies in the city of Palembang. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS Version 17. In order for good regression results, performed classical assumption that consist of normality test, multikolineiritas. The results show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states significant influence effect of organizational commitment on managerial performance. The second hypothesis (H2) which states no significant influence effect of leadership style on managerial performance and the third hypothesis (H3) which states no significant influence effect of reward system on managerial performance.
