Abstract
Online lectures are a type of teaching and learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to students using the internet or computer network media. During the online lecture period, students experienced many obstacles, such as often losing signals during the learning process, some lecture materials that were difficult to understand, boredom looking at their cellphones. Stress level is an imbalance of self / soul and the reality of everyday life that cannot be avoided or a change that requires adjustment. This study aims to describe the stress level of students who do online learning. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Musi Charitas Catholic University, Palembang. This research design uses quantitative with descriptive survey method. Data collection using total sampling with a sample of 53 respondents at levels 2 and 3 of the Bachelor of Nursing study program. The instrument used is a stress level questionnaire with 28 questions. Data collection was carried out online via google form for 2 days on January 21 and 22, 2022 at 08.00 – 12.00 WIB. The results showed that from 53 respondents that respondents were male, namely 8 respondents (14.8%) female 45 (83.3%), with an age range of 18 - 24 years, and more mild stress, namely 28 respondents (52 ,8% %), normal 11 (20.8 %), moderate 10 (18.9 %), severe 4 (7.5%) and very severe none. In conclusion, based on the results of the study, it was found that the highest level of stress was with mild stress. Keywords: Covid 19, Stress level, Pandemic, Online learning.
