Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employees performance at PT KAI Depo Gerbong Muara Gula. This study uses a saturated sampling method with the sample used is all employees of PT KAI Depo Gerbong Muara Gula totaling 55 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employees performance, motivation have a positive and significant effect on employees performance and organizational culture and motivation simultaneously affect employees performance.
