Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sense of belonging and work discipline on employee performance of employees who work at PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures Palembang. The population and sample of this study amounted to 45 people who are permanent employees of PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique which is caused by the small number of respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that a sense of belonging and work discipline have no effect on employee performance of employees who work at PT.
