Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Prima Pondasi Palembang. The population in this study were employees of PT. Prima Foundation Works. The sample in this study were 72 respondents. Questionnaire data was collected by distributing it directly to the employees of PT. Karya Prima Pondasi Palembang. In this study using data analysis such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires, multiple linear regression to determine the work-life balance and compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT.Karya Prima Pondasi Palembang. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Karya Prima Pondasi Palembang. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance.
