Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel independent yaitu struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan dengan objek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang masuk kedalam SWA 100 selama tahun 2018-2020. Data termasuk data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 126, namun karena ada outlier maka data yang digunakan menjadi 118 agar data penelitian yang digunakan dapat berdistribusi secara normal. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa semua variabel independent yang di ujikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
