Abstract

Indonesia is one of the highest populated country in the world with high density and has a high population growth all over the cities. As an example, Palembang is one of the cities with the highest population which is ranked at 9th. Due to this growth affects to demand for housing, which leads to increased land prices, increased density and land shortage near the center of Palembang. Developers in Indonesia must be able to fulfil the demand of housing by planning and designing housing with reasonable prices to match market’s demands without straining any prospective buyers, still paying attention to comfort of the resident and the location of housing, in order to maintain the relationship between developers, government, and society. This practical work report includes merging land certificate, planning and designing type 36 house, as well as siteplan and land plotting in Citra Permata housing by PT.
