Abstract

The city of Palembang is having a population increase and a rapid growth in the development field to fullfill the housing demand. There are bevy of developers who started the real estate project for business and helping the government to fullfill the housing demand. There are also various types of houses, starting from subsidized housing to the luxury one (Townhouse). One of the projects by PT. Sukses Wijaya Adikarya “Townhouse The Royal Resort” built for the upper middle-class society. In this project, from the floor plan drawing, location, until the position of space can be requested by the customer. In the building process, there are so many designs that depends on the customer, architect’s advices, and discussion with the professionals so that a good and decent house can be produced according to the client and regulations. This pratical work report includes the process of the working description in the form of two-story house type 125 with various types of designs and revisions until the final design.
