Abstract

Upstream area of Palembang is an area that is being a lot of development. The number of developments also has an impact on the raised of residental need. However, the upstream area of Palembang well known as the low of its low soil bearing capacity, and include very sof to soft soil category. In response to such condition, a solution of concrete pile and pile cap can be applied as the building’s foundation.
