Abstract

The problem that occurs in this study is whether the provision of incentives has a significant effect on the performance productivity of sales staff at PT. Prosperous Palembang diamond gift. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of providing incentives on the productivity of the employee performance of the sales staff of PT. Karunia Berlian Makmur Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. As for the types of data sources, this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research is carried out. The population of this study were all employees of the sales staff of PT. Karunia Berlian Makmur Palembang, which amounted to 15 people. Data obtained using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the provision of incentives had a positive effect on the performance of the sales staff of PT. The Gift of Diamond Prosperity Palembang.
