Abstract

The supply of auxiliary materials needs to be of particular concern so that the production process can run properly. Based on data on the supply of lime milk auxiliary materials in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District there is a number of stock at the end of 2020 as much as 295,300 kg and the end of 2021 stock of 203,690 kg which is quite large and risks damage to the material stock. One method that can be used to control the supply of auxiliary materials is the min-max stock method. Based on the min-max stock method obtained the results of the calculation of the amount of safety stock of 17,677 kg, the minimum stock of 77,007, the maximum stock of 118,659 with the number of reorders as much as 41,652 kg. Furthermore, the analysis is carried out by calculating the percentage decline in the company's final stock. The percentage decrease in the stock obtained by 92%. In addition, by using the min max-stock method there was also a decrease in the cost of lime supply by Rp.6,967,565. Keywords: Min-Max Stock, Safety Stock, Minimum Stock, Maximum Stock
