Abstract

The purpose of this study, the use of technology, especially mobile Android-based devices in the display and facilitate the delivery of information in business news online, from ordering, purchasing, and make payments online. Techniques of data collection to complete the data or information using the techniques of observation. Observation technique is the systematic observation of the target object is directly done with vision, Resulting in an objective results. The program is created using PHP programming language for web applications for computers and VCOM Java for Android application for customers VCOM computer.
