Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the SIR 20 product process at PT Warna Agung Selatan is controlled or not. Identifying the factors that cause the quality of SIR 20 at PT Warna Agung Selatan to go out of control. Knowing how to control product quality at PT Warna Agung Selatan. This study uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) research method to see whether the SIR production process at PT Warna Agung Selatan is controlled or not. The results showed that from the control chart there are several points that are outside the control limit, this shows that the quality at PT Warna Agung Selatan is out of control. From the Fishbone diagram, it can be seen that the cause of damage consists of several factors, including human, material, machine, process, and environmental factors. From the results of the study, a proposal was given based on 5W + 1H where the researcher gave 10 suggestions that could be implemented by PT Warna Agung Selatan. Keywords: Quality Control, SQC
