Abstract

Circulatory system in humans is considered important because it deals with man's own self by studying this system, one can find out how her system works so that humans can perform various life activities. This learning aids using Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual (Savi) and Waterfall models used to model the software development process. The system is built using Adobe Flash CS4. Results of interviews with the author Xavier Junior High Biology teacher 3 Palembang said that, the low value of the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Biology, one of the factors the emergence of these problems due to the lack of media and props, as well as the lack of lab time, resulting in a lack of understanding and interest of students in learning biology. This study aims to develop a multimedia-based learning media that can improve eighth grade students' interest in the subject of biology, especially in junior Xavier 3 Palembang.
