Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on dividend policy. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sample selection used in this study used a purposive sampling method which resulted in a sample of 18 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. And leverage has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy. Keywords: Dividend policy, liquidity, leverage, profitability.
