Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, asset structure, and profitability on debt policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The research method used is purposive sampling and obtained 52 companies with a total of 156 samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The result of this research showed that managerial ownership has no effect on debt policy, asset structure has no effect on debt policy, and profitability has a negative effect on debt policy.
