Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of business strategy and institutional ownership on company performance by focusing on BUMN companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research period in 2017-2020. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are BUMN Go Public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 48 research samples. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that business strategy had no effect on company performance (ROA), while institutional ownership had an effect on company performance (ROA).
