Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of free cash flow, business risk, and company growth on debt policy disclosure in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research period in 2017-2020. The data used in this research are secondary data. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 228 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that free cash flow, business risk, and company growth have no effect on debt policy. Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Business Risk, Company Growth, Debt Policy
