Abstract

This study discussed the analysis between Workload and Work Involvement on the Self Efficacy of dealer’s marketing officers in Palembang. The research employed quantitative study by distributing online questionnaires. The population of the study was all dealer’s marketing officers in Palembang. There were 67 respondents in the study. The data analysis technique utilized was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable Workload and Work Involvement had a significant negative impact on the Self Efficacy of dealer’s marketing officers in Palembang.
