Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has affected the way in customer service in a way that the original human service shifted to the formal and objective way is through a computerized system.CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that focuses on service. Being an important role in customer circumstances to establish better relationships. Data mining methods can meet the needs of customers in service to make cuts or minimize errors in the service that is given by a business or organization . With past historical data and the data can be obtained useful information with data mining methods. The software is made to determine what items are frequently purchased together by customers . This is to increase profits at the company PT . Kawan Lama Sejahtera . Language development of this system using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access as the database
