Abstract

CV Bahtera Prabot is medium industry that manufacture school furniture, which has three production branches. Measurement Workshop conducted with a model of efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Method DEA is targeting maximum efficiency with constraints relative efficiency of the entire unit should not exceed 100%. Based on the research results, on February there is one branch that did not reach 100%. In March at the Workshop C whose value is below 100% which is only 95.04%. These units from the previous month increased efficiency of 3.69%. Meanwhile, in April only one branch that did not reach a value of 100% ie Workshop C with a value of 97.07% and increased 2.03% from the previous month. It can be concluded that the performance Workshop C always does not reach 100% with an average efficiency of 94.49%, while the performance of Workshop A and Workshop B always be at 100% efficiency values.
