Abstract

DHF is a contagious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito which is characterized by sudden fever 2-7 days, weakness, rash. Sometimes nosebleeds, vomiting blood and decreased consciousness. The general purpose of this scientific paper is that the author is able to understand the theoretical concept and perform nursing care for An.S patients with a hematology system disorder: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) at Charitas Hopital KM 7 Palembang . The specific objectives include: the nurse is able to understand the basic concepts of theory, assessment of the An.S, nursing diagnoses experienced by patients, nursing plans, nursing actions and evaluating nursing care that has been carried out in An.S. Writing Scientific Writing uses the Case Study method: Interview, Physical Examination, Observation for 3 days. After assessment in d3 nursing diagnoses, namely shock risk associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome,Malaise and nausea associated with an unpleasant taste of food / drink, activity intolerance related to an imbalance between oxygen supply and demand, the patient was instructed by the doctor to go home because his condition had improved. The conclusion that can be drawn from diagnosis 1: namely that the risk of shock associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome is resolved. Diagnosis 2: Nausea associated with the taste of food / drink that is not good resolved. Diagnosis 3: Activity intolerance related to imbalance between supply and demand for oxygen is resolved.
