Abstract
The aim of this study was to find out whether the work stress affected turnover intention employees of PT Anita Jaya in Palembang. This study was a case study research. Sample of study using census which were equivalent with the number of population. For collecting the data used instruments namely questionnaire and interview. The result of the data were analyzed in SPSS using data quality test, classic assumption test, t-test, simple linear analysis test, and determination coefficient test. The result of this study showed that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention PT. Anita Jaya in Palembang.
