Abstract

Typhoid fever called abdominal typhoid is a disease caused by Salmonella typhi bacteria. The general purpose of this scientific paper is to be able to understand theoretical concepts and perform Nursing Care for Ms. S. with digestive system disorders: Tyfoid Fever at the Clara Charitas Hopital Pavilion KM Palembang. The specific goals include: the nurse is able to understand the basic medical concepts of theory, conduct studies on Ms. S., establish nursing diagnoses between patients, compiles nursing plans, performs nursing actions and performs nursing evaluations that have been carried out on Ms. Writing Scientific Writing uses the Case Study method: Interview, Physical Examination, Observation for 3 days. After conducting the assessment, 3 nursing diagnoses were obtained, namely Hyperthermia associated with the infection process, Nutritional Deficits related to the inability to absorb nutrients, Nausea associated with gastric irritation. The patient came home and was recovering. The conclusion that can be drawn from this scientific paper is on the diagnosis 1: Hyperthermia is associated with the infection process, the problem is resolved, the patient's intervention returns home 2: Nutritional deficits are associated with the inability to absorb nutrients, the problem is resolved, the problem is resolved, the patient's intervention returns home 3: Nausea is associated with gastric irritation, the problem is resolved, the patient's color return. In carrying out nursing care to Ms. "S" with digestive system disorders: Typhoid fever in the Clara Pavilion room 5-1 Charitas KM 7 Hospital should be according to the nurse assessing first and the patient's needs as a whole to establish a proper nursing diagnosis so as to solve the patient's problem with complaints and their conditions.
