Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effects of profitability, operating cash flow, and liquidity to dividend policy. The research population was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in the selection of the sample is purposive sampling, with the criteria the company distributed dividends in 2012-2013. Data processing is done by Software SPSS 17.00. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression. The result of this research indicate that profitability, operating cash flow, and liquidity partial effect on dividend policy. Profitability, operating cash flow and liquidity effect positively on dividend policy.
