Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of GCG, Leverage, Profitability, And Current Assets To Net Sales Against Corporate Value. The population in this study are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The sample obtained was 88 manufacturing companies over a period of 3 years ie 2011-2013. The data analysis technique used in this study performed with SPSS version 20.0 as for the technique used is the analysis of the classical assumption, hypothesis testing and the determination of the value of R using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the 5% significance level of leverage and profitability significant positive effect on the variable value of the company, while good corporate governance and investment opprtuniy sets no significant positive effect on the value of the company
