Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of systematic risk and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to stock return. Population in this research are manufacturing companies listed ini Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling method. Samples company obtained are as many as 64 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple analysis methods with SPSS 20,0. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) who stated that systematic risk effect on stock returns, rejected. In addition, the second hypothesis (H2) which states the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effect on stock returns was olso rejected.
