Abstract

The purpose of this research was to prove whether had influence budgetary participation , information asymmetry , and self-esteem of the budgetary slack. The object of this research was the middle managers of manufacture company in Palembang. This research was done through quetionnaire as the data intrument. This research was used software R statistical versi 16.0. The analysis was started by validity testing and reliability then it was continued by classic assumption testing. Hypotesis testing by partial t test. Test results showed that the first hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is accepted, and the third hypothesis is accepted, they are participation budgeting, information asymmetry and self esteem had positive effect on increase budgedtary slack.
