Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of the quality of services towards customer satisfaction at Salon Amelia. The dimensions of the quality of service that is used in this research is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The population in this study are the ones who make the purchase services at the salon amelia. The sample in this study using as many as 100 respondents taken with purposive sampling technique using regression test results in this research show that partially all the variables that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and the empathy effect positively and significantly to customer satisfaction.
